Follow these steps to use Pasbuy touch screen mp4 player,
1. Turn on the touch screen mp4 player, and then use the USB cable to connect the player to the computer. The player will be automatically recognized by operation systems.
2. Click "Start" -- “My computer ", you will see a “Removable disc”.
3. Open the “Removable disc".
4. Copy and paste music files to the "Removable disc". Only copy and paste music or video files to the corresponding folders and do not copy or make any sub-folders. And make sure the format of music file is MP3 and the format of video file is AVI. You can check the format by right-clicked on the music or video file, and then chose Properties. Under the general information, you will see “Type of file”. Make sure it is MP3 Format Sound (.mp3) or Video Clip (.avi).
If there are still problems or the touch screen mp4 player does not work properly, try the following steps to fix it:
1. Connect the player to computer.
2. Right-click on the "Removable disc", and then select "Format".
3. In the new window, restore each item to default and select "Quick format", then click “start".
4. Wait until the process is done, unplug the touch screen mp4 player and reboot it.
5. Reload the music and video files to the corresponding folders.
Remind that after formatting, everything inside the touch screen mp4 player will be gone. Please back-up important information or files before you format the player.
About battery and charging issue
- Please charge the touch screen mp4 player at least 12 hours at the first two times.
- When charging, please keep the power switch of the mp3 / mp4 player at “On”, otherwise the battery will not be charged.
About the file format issue
If you have different format of music or video file in your computer other than MP3 or AVI , please go to Google and search “free music convertor” or “free video convertor” to download the free software to convert the format.
