General Policy

These are PASBUY.COM' ("PASBUY", "we" or "our" ) Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the PASBUY.COM website.


Before returning operation, please contact with us via the email.


All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting PASBUY Customer Service through any of the methods provided at http://www.PASBUY.com/feedback.asp Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:


* Any product not purchased from PASBUY.COM
* Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
* Any product that exhibits physical damage
* Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate

Out-of-Stock Items

If PASBUY no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our support department. You will be notified via email of two options:


1) PASBUY can send you a comparable replacement item, or
2) PASBUY can issue you a refund at the current market value of the product.

A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 20 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued.

Quantity Purchases

If a single purchase order contains more than 10 pieces items, please contact with us first. Or visit this page: http://www.PASBUY.com/wholesale.asp. Once purchase is completed, the order is automatically non-refundable. If you have any questions, please contact with us via the email. Standard Return Policy

Return for replacement: 20 days
Restocking Fee: No
Items must be returned to PASBUY with 20 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply.

Products that state "This item is covered by PASBUY.com's Replacement Only Return Policy", or items labeled as on-refundable?(or similar labeling) must be returned to PASBUY within 20 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same or equivalent item.

Mobile Phones Standard 20-Day Return Policy

Return for replacement within: 20 days
Restocking Fee: No

This is our Standard 20-Day Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which PASBUY states "This item may be returned for a replacement or refund within 20 days only") must be returned to PASBUY within 20 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply.

The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in the merchandise being returned to you at your expense:

Any phone that is free from defects in materials or workmanship Any phone that is damaged due to misuse, abuse or neglect

Notice:

"Return" constitutes receipt of the product by PASBUY, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.
